How contradictory is it for me to open the app to make a payment and I’m instantly hit with a message about how you’re doing your part to be there for your customers during this pandemic BS then continue on only to find out that my account (which is not close to its limit, is current on payments, and has a good payment history) has been closed without even a notification? And as I write this- without an explanation as well. I’m leaving this comment on here because I can’t get an answer from anyone on the phone.
